Gregory P. Seal, CFP®, MBA, CIMC®, CIMA® is President of Seal Financial Services, Inc., C-Hall Corporation (both established in 1985) and co-founder of The Family Advisory Team LLC, established in 2002. Mr. Seal earned his MBA from Regis College in Denver and his undergraduate degree from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He is a Certified Financial PlannerTM licensee, a member of the Institute for Certified Investment Management Consultants and a Certified Investment Management Consultant. Seal Financial Services, Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor with the Federal Securities Exchange Commission. Mr. Seal is active on several community Board of Directors including the Colorado Fund for People With Disabilities.

In addition, he is the past President of the Financial Planning Association of Colorado. Mr. Seal is the author of the book "The Guide for Heirs and Survivors" (1996) and co-author of "Making the Money Last." (1996)

 


Janet L. McCoy, CFP®, AIF® has been assisting individuals and companies with their finances for over 22 years.  She has ten years experience in tax preparation and small business accounting and more than 13 years of experience in personal financial planning.  Ms. McCoy is a Certified Financial PlannerTM practitioner, receiving her designation in 1996.

Ms. McCoy provides financial advice based on a thorough understanding of the many complexities involved with financial issues. These issues can include family dynamics, conflicting financial goals, divorce, death of  a spouse or other major life changes, to name a few.

She served as the 2003 President of the Financial Planning Association of Colorado and has served on the Board of Directors of the FPA of Colorado and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners for over eight years.

She has contributed to articles in Money Magazine and Financial Planning Magazine and has been a featured speaker of the Colorado Bar Association and other various groups. Ms. McCoy is a partner in the financial planning and asset management firm of Seal Financial Services, Inc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bradley J. Frigon, Registered Representative is a registered  investment advisor with Seal Financial Services.  Mr. Frigon received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1981 from Washburn University, and his Master of Laws Degree in Taxation in 1982 from the University of Denver.  He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.  Mr. Frigon is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Colorado Bar Association, the Special Needs Trust Alliance, and is a Fellow in the Kansas Bar Association.  Mr. Frigon serves on the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  He is the Chairman of the Member Discount Committee and past Chairman of the Tax Special Interest Group for NAELA. 

  In addition to his practice, Mr. Frigon is a frequent presenter for state and national continuing education programs to attorneys, certified public accountants and financial planners on elder law, estate planning, special needs trusts, individual tax planning, and public benefit and tax issues related to workers’ compensation and personal injury settlements.

Jennifer L. Lessard, CFP® joined our firm in September of 2006, bringing with her the skills and expertise to complement our firm’s objective to provide financial solutions for individuals affected by life changes. 

Ms. Lessard has 10 years of trust administration experience with a large national financial institution where she specialized in estate planning, trust administration, estate settlement and special needs trusts.  She is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, receiving her designation in 2005. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and specialized trust administration training from Cannon Financial Institute.

Her experience provides a unique perspective in estate planning, having been hands on in settling estates and administrating trusts. She was intimately involved in identifying and resolving estate planning debacles. Just as she has done over the past 10 years, she continues to act as an advocate for clients, listening, identifying issues and working toward solutions in their best interest.
